-added e3 as the console editor  (was a request)
-have been following the bug reports and there have been reports of pmount read errors and problems with the frugal install and problems with xvesa when you remaster
in the official puppy linux version 3.00

based on this information  I changed or down graded disktype -9 for disktype- 8
because disktype -8 was working fine before
I hope that fixes the problem  I didn't modify any scripts in the process
